COVID-19 Extraordinary Measures
We have all been affected in some way by this virus outbreak. We hope that you and your loved ones remain fit and well in these precarious times.
This situation is financially and emotionally crippling for both people and businesses with no real end in sight. For this reason, the French government has issued an emergency directive for all those involved in tourism. To help ease the burden, it has been decreed that companies like ourselves, are not obliged to offer refunds in line with our published policy. Instead, clients may postpone their holiday until next year, we will honour 2020 prices in 2021. Or, we can offer you a Voucher for the value of any deposit paid directly to us which will be valid for 18 months. If you have not used your credit note after 18 months then monies will be refunded.
We sincerely hope that you will all choose to join us next year.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros and include WiFi, use of the swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, chilled water and ice dispenser, shower block and ironing facilities. Washing machine and tumble dryer are extra and take 1€ coins.
A 50% deposit is required with booking via our website where you can pay using a card of your choice. The balance must be paid in cash on arrival. We regret that we do not have the facility to take payment by credit card.
Refunds for cancellation will be paid as follows
- 60 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of deposit paid
- 30 days prior to arrival – 10% refund of deposit paid
- 14 days prior to arrival – 0% refund
Moulin Brule reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time and issue customers with a full refund of any monies we have received in relation to a booking. No liability will be accepted for any further costs or payments associated with your holiday.
Damage to site and property
We reserve the right to seek financial reimbursement for damages at our discretion.
We hope with have created a peaceful, quality retreat for those seeking a tranquil holiday. With this in mind we ask all guests to observe a respectful period of quiet from 2300-0800. Those creating a repeated disturbance to others will be asked to leave forfeiting any monies paid.
We have just one pitch available for dogs and accept just one dog on site at any time. Please keep your pet tethered close to your accommodation and do not leave them unattended on the site. If dogs create a disturbance to other guests sadly they will be asked to leave and owners will forfeit any monies paid.
Allergies are becoming increasingly common so we regret that while we are happy to welcome pets onto our site we cannot permit them to stay in our Cottage or Static Home. Very sorry.
Fires & Cooking
We are in a high fire risk area. Fires and charcoal are prohibited. Please use a gas BBQ or electric plancha.
The shower block was newly refurbished in 2017. We have a total of 4 showers, 4 toilets and 4 wash hand basins. (2 Mens 2 Ladies) Toilet paper, hand towels and hand wash are provided.
The laundry room is equipped with a state of the art Miele washing machine and tumble dryer which each take 5 x €1 coins. An iron and ironing board and large rotary airer are available free of charge.
We have 2 electric bikes for hire, 1 ladies and 1 gents, with helmets, paniers and locks. Bikes easily cope with hills and a full battery charge will take you 50k. A 100€ deposit is required against damage and loss of keys and equipment.
Golf clubs and electric trollies are also available for hire ( 1 ladies lefthand and 1 gents righthand set). A deposit of 50€ per item will be required for loss or damage.
Vehicles on Site
In order to preserve the tranquillity of the campsite we request all vehicles are kept in the shady car park at our entrance driveway. Vehicles left at owners risk.
We request that vehicles are not used between 2300 and 0800 to minimise noise for other guests. The gates will be locked each night by 2300 and unlocked again at 0800. The code to unlock the gates is available on request.
While we take great care to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, all guests stay at their own risk. We accept no liability for loss, damage or injury to person or property.
