Chateau Duras is open all year round and you can take guided tours around the medieval castle with panoramic views.
Try La Terrace Restaurant overlooking the chateau for lunch or La Camelia (great plat du jour midweek) on the road to Duras.

There are so many to choose from and details are available onsite Cycle to Château de Lauzun (10k) with surrounding neo-classical buildings and church with 13th century altarpiece. Drive to Château de Duras open all year round and tours are available. See the Lunar Clock at the hilltop town of Tonnes d’Agneau end enjoy terrific views across the valley.

Chateau Monbaziallac
Set high on a hill with fabulous views this medieval castle is splendid. Lots of staircases and turrets and a whispering gallery.
Guided tours can be booked at the information kiosk all year round.
Enjoy lunch at La Terrace Restaurant or a fantastic plat du jour midweek at La Camelia on the way to Duras.
